1. Student Counseling:

- Engage with prospective students and families to provide comprehensive information on available programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and financial aid options.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address queries, concerns, and aspirations of prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and utilize CRM systems to track student progress.

2. Admission Process:

- Collaborate with the Admissions team to facilitate smooth admissions processes, including the collection and verification of required documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely communication of admission decisions and assist students with enrollment procedures.

3. University Representation:

- Represent Chandigarh University at various educational fairs, events, and school visits to promote the institution and attract prospective students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school counselors, teachers, and alumni to enhance the university's visibility and reputation.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in admission policies to provide accurate and relevant advice to students.

4. Recruitment Strategy:

- Develop recruitment plans and strategies to meet enrollment targets for assigned territories.
- Analyze demographic data and market trends to identify potential areas for student recruitment.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with prospective students.
- Implement various marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and off-campus events, to attract and convert leads.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex information with clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to build relationships and establish rapport with students, parents, and educational professionals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
