**Job Title**:Sales Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager/Head of Sales
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research, etc.).
- Close sales by negotiating contracts, offering customized solutions, and securing new accounts for the company.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to effectively position the company’s software offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team, product developers, and other departments to ensure the software solution meets client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Provide regular sales performance reports and feedback to the Sales Manager/Leadership team on progress, challenges, and market conditions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade events.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience 1-3 years in sales, ideally in the software development or technology industry.
- Experience with B2B sales, SaaS products, or enterprise software solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong background in prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and how software solutions can benefit clients.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and engaging language for clients.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in a similar sales role in a technology-focused or software development company.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and technical terminologies.
- Understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
