**Sales Executive - Paint Technology**
**Location**: Malad West, Mumbai
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years in the Paint/Coatings Industry
**Qualification**: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Tech./Diploma in Paint Technology or related field
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell **resins and coating raw materials** to customers in the paint and allied industries
- Identify and develop new customers, markets, and segments to expand sales reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the company's growth plans
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and provide after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for strategic inputs
- Coordinate with technical and R&D teams to address customer requirements and queries
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum **5 years of sales experience** in the paint, coatings, or chemical industry
- Strong technical understanding of **resins, coatings, and related raw materials**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
