Job Summary:
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with the Technology Managers and Leadership in the organization to understand their hiring needs, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles across all levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for Mid to Senior roles, that align with the organization’s business objectives.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Technology Unit within the organization
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other sources.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, on a need basis.
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field AND / OR Graduation in Computer science preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving industry.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes for Technology domain, proficient in sourcing from multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong data analysis skills and experience using data to drive talent acquisition strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
