**Internship Overview**:
We are offering a six-month internship program designed for individuals pursuing a degree and a career in nursing, medical fields, psychology, or social work. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both hospital and community-based environments, with the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Front desk Service**, providing information and guidance to potential clients, families and publics.
- **Patient and Family Interaction**: Work with patients and their families to provide support and care.
- **Patient Referrals**: Assist with managing patient referrals and coordinating care.
- **Hospital Procedures Support**: Support patients through various hospital procedures and processes.
- **Client and Referral Development**: Help identify and raise new clients and referrals for home care and residential care services.
- **Documentation and Organizational Support**: Assist with organizational documentation and other administrative tasks as required.
- **Collaboration with Care Coordinator**: Work closely with the Care Coordinator to ensure smooth and effective care delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Nursing, Medical, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English
- Ability to work effectively in both hospital and community-based settings.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
- Must be available in Thiruvalla, including weekends, and willing to travel.
- Commitment to a six-month internship.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thiruvalla, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
