**Home Care Nurse/Caregiver
- Thiruvalla, Kerala**

We are currently seeking experienced Home Care Nurses and Caregivers (both male and female) who are self-driven and possess the necessary expertise to join our team. This role involves providing home-based care services, available 24/7 and on a part-time basis. We offer services throughout Kerala and have ongoing vacancies for home care staff.

**Home Care Assistant
- Job Responsibilities**
- Provide support and assistance to seniors and individuals with various medical conditions.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs.
- Adjust medical equipment as necessary, interpret and record measurements.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any adverse reactions to medications.
- Assist with personal care tasks including showering, toileting, and feeding.
- Help with medication administration.
- Support clients in enhancing their independent living skills.
- Assist with hospital appointments, community events, outings, and leisure activities.
- Aid clients with tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
- Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients and their families.
- Follow procedures and maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting.
- Uphold and adhere to the organization's policies and procedures.

**Caregiver Qualifications**:

- Nursing or other relevant medical qualification
- At least one year of experience as a caregiver

**Employment requirements**
- Willingness to travel and work in various cities across Kerala.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 80 per week
