**Require Business Associate - Supply Chain (Field work) for Porter Logistic**
**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹30,000 (in-hand) + Attractive Incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hire and manage **driver-partners** for goods transportation
- Ensure smooth **pickup and last-mile delivery** operations within defined **SLAs**:

- Oversee **hub operations** including receiving, sorting, and dispatch of goods
- Manage **transportation documentation** and update required systems timely
- Handle **vendor coordination and management**:

- Prepare and circulate **daily/weekly reports** related to operations
- Supervise a small team (2-3 staff) for documentation and sub-operational tasks
- Assist the **Operations Manager** with:

- Sales-related support activities
- Improvement projects through **data collection, client/partner interviews**, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream (Supply Chain/Logistics background preferred)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics/supply chain is a plus
- Strong communication and team handling skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and operational software tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground role
