**Job Summary**:
The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination to meet business needs. The role focuses on improving supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials, minimizing costs, and maintaining high service levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock outs or overstock situations.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or documentation errors.
- Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, inventory, and vendor performance.
- Support supply chain planning, including demand forecasting and materials requirement planning (MRP).
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and cost-reduction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Generate regular reports on inventory, order status, and vendor performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
