**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Help Desk Support technician will be responsible for answering calls, resolving problems, and documenting resolutions in a timely manner.
- Escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate IT staff or vendor for resolution.

**.** Participating in the development of support processes and documentation to improve efficiency and effectiveness of IT support services.
- Communicating with end-users to provide updates on the status of their support requests.
- Assisting in the creation and delivery of end-user training and documentation
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions or workarounds to customers
- Documenting all customer interactions, issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality, timely, and effective technical support.

**QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven work experience as a help desk technician or customer support representative.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
