Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Track, resolve delivery issues, and manage client expectations.

Collaborate closely with the Accounts Team to ensure accurate billing, resolve payment queries, and support account reconciliation.

Work directly with the Directors for escalations, high-priority clients, and process improvements.

Maintain up-to-date customer records and service logs using CRM or internal systems.

Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless service execution.

Gather and relay client feedback to improve overall service quality.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Hospitality, Business, or Communication preferred)

1-2 years of experience in customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination and follow-up ability

Proficiency with MS Office and customer support tools/CRM

Ability to multitask and stay calm in high-pressure situations

Strong sense of accountability and professionalism when dealing with management
