**Job Description: Team Lead/supervisor
- Inside Sales**
A Team Lead
- Inside Sales is responsible for overseeing a team of Business Development Executives ensuring they meet performance goals, and maintaining high service quality standards.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Meeting Assigned Targets for Lead Generation.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Monitor performance and productivity metrics (e.g., call volume, lead generation time) of the team
- Provide coaching and feedback to BDEs to improve performance and enhance call quality.
- Implement quality control procedures to monitor client interactions.
- Review operational reports with the Head on a regular basis and provide guidance to the team
- Work with other departments to address operational or client-related issues.
**Qualifications**:
- A Master's degree in sales, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position within a sales environment.
- **Exhibition Industry Experience preferred.**
- Strong understanding of CRM software and other tools like MS PowerPoint and Ms Excel
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team to meet goals and provide excellent service.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication with clients
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess performance data and identify areas for improvement
Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
