**Job brief**

Ma Sarda P4 Health Care, Puja Ganges, 1 No, Shibtala Ghat Lane, Bhadrakali, Hooghly _**comprises Pathology, Polyclinic, Pharmacy & Physitherapy**_ ( A unit of Ma Sarada Hospital Pvt. Ltd, 160 G.T.Road, Konnagar, Hooghly) is in need of an experienced **Sales Executive **to join our growing team.

**This job is completely target basis.**

**Minimum Target Rs.4 Lakh (per Month) on Blood Test bill value through your opening point (i.e - Doctors chambers, Medicine shops, Blood Collectors, Direct patients, self collection)**

**The above targets will also be included on Physiotherapy patients bill value also.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Regularly visit different Medicine shop and try to convince them to increase the blood collection point & sample volume.**:

- **Visit Doctors Chamber & meet with Doctors compounder and try to convince them to increase the blood sample volume & Physiotherapy Patients.**:

- **Need to talk to the Blood collectors and convince them to do their patients’ blood test from our Pathological lab**:

- **Informing people at all levels about the unit through leaflet distribution & others means**

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
- **Own Two wheeler (Compulsory**)
- Sound knowledge of Local Area (Bally to Srerampore)

**Those who do not have their own Two Wheeler please do not apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month & Incentive

Daily Fuel charges will be paid by the company.

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 3 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 3 years (preferred)
- RELEVANT FIELD: 3 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
