Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure all guests and visitors are registered and directed appropriately to the relevant personnel.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with general administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office supplies.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in booking travel arrangements and accommodation for staff when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, clients, and employees.
- Address any concerns or inquiries promptly and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure that any visitor requests are addressed in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist in office maintenance and ensure that office equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
- Order and manage office supplies, including stationery, kitchen supplies, and other necessary materials.
- Liaise with service providers, contractors, and vendors for office needs and maintenance.
- Maintain and update employee records, visitor logs, and other administrative data.
- Assist in compiling reports and other necessary documentation for management.
- Help coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including preparing materials, setting up rooms, and assisting with logistics.
- Ensure the smooth running of office events, including catering, invitations, and equipment setup.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Perform any other administrative tasks as directed by management.
- Assist in special projects or tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the office.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
