**Preparing, cooking and presenting Tandoori Dishes, Curries and all Indian breads to the appropriate standards**. Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Experience - 1-3 yrs
- Must be able to prepare breads (naan and roties) and meats in the Tandoor (Indian-style clay) oven
- Experience in marinade grilling and kebab techniques.
- Tandoor Chef must have good knowledge of Kebabs and Breads and must take care of the Tandoor Department
- Tandoor Chef must have worked in good and reputed properties with very good Tandoor skills.

a. To assist the chef de partie in preparing food according to the requirements or recipes or standards, and the specifications for his department.

b. To prepare the mis-en-place as required by the daily menu

c. To maintain his workstation and area in clean and orderly condition at all times

d. To advise his supervisor on items in short supply and book the same as needed from stores after getting the approved requisition

e. To carry out any duties assigned by the chef

f. To follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management

g. To adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards

h. To consciously and continuously strive to better his/ her skills and increase his/ her knowledge

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef (preferred)
