As a Site Supervisor employed by Aaniya Enterprise Construction, you will monitor the progress of projects with clients while ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations. You will supervise construction workers and subcontractors, educate construction workers on site safety practices, and evaluate employee performance. You should be detail-oriented, hands on and knowledgeable of general labor equipment and construction safety regulations. You will be able to interpret site routes as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Reporting to management the daily tasks delegated to your team.
- Ability to put together weekly schedule for crews
- Ability to lead 3 to 4 separate crews at a time
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate errors.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Oversee day to day operations of the facility
- Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports
- Communicate with customers regarding products and services
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- 3+ years experience working as a Construction Site Supervisor
- Sound knowledge of general construction and construction safety regulations
- Extensive knowledge of Lawn service for commercial properties
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Ability to think critically to solve problems in the moment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Confidence to thrive under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
