**Job Description**:
L&T Construction and Mining Machinery is looking for a Supervisor-Parts, Durgapur, CEB

**What you will be doing**

The following will be the main activities assigned (but not limited to) and may be expanded from time to time.
- Parts Depot at Durgapur - Managing all activities like Inventory planning, GRN, Invoicing, EwayBill, Documentation, Physical check, housekeeping at stores etc.
- GeM Portal activities at CIL & Other Govt Customers - To manage all the tenders floated in GeM portal for all CIL subsidiaries & Other Govt Customers under East Zone and all activities related to it.
- Track status of EMD, SD, Monitoring Supplies, Submission of receipted invoices to GeM portal for smooth payment process.
- Sales activities - Coordinate with service team for parts indent generation, prospect review and parts sales projection for advance planning and procurement. Back log analysis for the zone and arrangement of release and allocation of available items.
- Back Order analysis / Payment Collection - Analyzing Back Order, Monitoring LD, Writeoff proposal etc.
- Payment & Adjustment - Tracking of payments made by CIL & Other Govt Customers and adjustment of outstanding accordingly.
- MIS for L&T 300 Parts business for the entire zone - Monitoring the total fleet, active fleet, Sale Per Machine etc.”

**What skills & experience you’ll bring to us**
- Any graduate ( preferred B.Com)
- Possess good written and oral communication skills in English and local language.
- Ready to travel extensively
- Working knowledge on computers (MS Office)
