**Designation/Role : Product Designer**

**Location **:We work Sikandarpur, Gurgaon (WFO)**

**Working Days **:5 days

**Experience**:3-6 Years

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years as a User Experience Designer preferably in the consumer tech space.
- Fluency in best practices for Information Architecture and Interaction Design.
- Ability to document the design process and to validate designs with users.
- Proficiency in UX Design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) or similar tools to create user interfaces.
- Ability to rapid prototype ideas with different levels of fidelity (sketch, whiteboard, wireframes, etc).
- Demonstrated experience communicating to different groups in the organization, including senior management
- Portfolio or work samples showcasing design aptitude, creativity, depth of thought and the ability to solve complex design
- Computer Science, Engineering, or Product Design degree, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated history of acquiring user-centric design (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) is a big plus.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decision
- Self-motivated to work on your own timeline.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a passionate and relentless advocate for the needs of Oneistox
- Be able to consistently leverage for user-centric design available insights like market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
- Collaborate, communicate and follow-through your design concepts with cross-functional stakeholders like product managers, business managers, developers, and designers.
- Be able to initiate and actively participate in user research.
- Create user-flows, wireframes polished mockup designs, storyboards and quickly iterate designs.
- Be up to date with the latest design innovations and practices
