**As a Recruitment Associate you will be working on**:
- Headhunting industry experts, reaching out to them and onboarding them with the organisation.
- Manage End-to-end mentor cycle and engagement. This will include acquisition, onboarding, course closure, engagement, payments and retention of mentors.
- Building process around optimization, mentor success, management, etc. improving mentor experience at all stages.
- Acquisition & Onboarding Processes Management - Handle acquisition and onboarding for mentors along with creating optimised processes.
- Evaluate and improve communication - Create all communication content and training modules with the content team, maintain product/customer documentation.
- Build Query processes & tickets - Building systems, reports & escalating critical issues to management or related teams for immediate resolutions.
- Maintenance of mentor feedback. Maintain an active feedback log week over week for the Product Team.
- Data Collection and KPI Tracking - Analyse data to improve customer experience. Drafting daily, weekly and monthly reports, handling data collection, and coordination with other teams.
**You'd fit in if you**:
- 2+ years of Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Customer Acquisition or Customer Success Specialist or similar role.
- Passion for Service: Be enthusiastic and relentless in achieving customer (learner) success with knowledge of customer success processes. Being a patient listener is a must.
- High Accountability and personal organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Oral and Written.
- Enjoy building Processes and optimising as per scale with an understanding of resource management.
