Gresham Global is looking to recruit India Officer for Leeds Arts University (LAU). Leeds Arts University is one of the oldest Arts Universities in the UK. Established in 1846, LAU has contributed significantly to arts education in the UK.

LAU is looking to recruit a Manager for their India Office to recruit students from the region. As a key member of the International office based in India, the role entails the following

**Student recruitment**:

- Representing and promoting the university in education fairs, exhibitions, and relevant seminars to recruit students from the region.
- Deliver presentations and seminars at various schools and colleges, and also provide individual counselling sessions to students and their key influencers.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with key personnel from various schools, colleges, and universities.
- Regular follow-up with prospective students to ensure all their queries are tended to and provide necessary support as and when required.
- Plan and arrange necessary visits for the LAU teams from the international office and academics
- Develop a professional working relationship with agents and consultants to provide regular updates, feedback, and information
- Provide regular in-person training to partner agents and consultants across India

**Marketing Initiatives**
- Work closely with the University’s International Office and Marketing team to implement digital and social marketing strategies
- Provide necessary inputs in creating marketing collateral including student giveaways, prospectuses, etc.
- Create a plan for social media and SEO for the Indian market

**Brand building**
- Build the LAU brand across institutes, agents, and consultants
- Work closely with alumni and create an alumni chapter for them to share their experience with the prospective Indian students
- Adhere to LAUs principles and ensure the brand is well represented and visible across the region

**Reporting**
- The incumbent will report to the Head of International of the LAU
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and intake reports to be presented to the Head of International
- Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree (preferably from the UK)
- Incumbent having prior experience studying, working, or living in the UK will be a bonus. This will help them share their experiences with prospective students
- Profile with a combination of Arts and Business is preferred
- Experience of 3 - 5 years working with an international university in student recruitment
- Open to travel across the region to attend recruitment fairs, events, seminars, and support other recruitment initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written and oral
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to critically think and to provide the right solution to internal and external stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chembur, Mumbai - 400071, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
