**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site position located in Delhi, India for a Ticketing Executive. You will be responsible for managing and issuing air tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel-related services for our clients. You will need to have excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, travel agencies, and suppliers to ensure that everything is in order. You will be responsible for resolving any issues with bookings, processing refunds, and helping to design and price travel packages.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in travel or tourism, or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or a similar role in the travel industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Familiarity with travel industry software and reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
