No. of Positions : 2

Experience : Minimum 3 - 5 Years

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make travel, accommodation, and related bookings.
- To Issue, Reissue & Cancel Airline Tickets on GDS/Amadeus.
- Responsible for Reservation, Ticketing, FIT Ticketing, refund etc.
- Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required.
- To confirm waitlisted seats by monitoring flights. To liaise the Airline on any special request like extra seats & other requirements.
- Group bookings / Domestic/International
- Sending deal updates to all agents at fortnight basis.
- Knowledge of tour packages would be an add-on advantage.
- Preparing Passenger Sales Report & Travel insurance
- Check the accounts statement of the Client for the payment.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree qualification.
- Good personality and coordination skills.
- Be able to respond well in pressure.
