Specific Responsibility will include:

- **IT Issue Resolution**: Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, including internet firewall, routers, switches, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and printer problems. Provide timely and efficient technical support to employees.
- **Asset Management**: Assign new machines to users and maintain records of all hardware and software assets. Keep track of and maintain the company’s IT assets.
- **Remote Support**: Provide remote IT support to stores as required.
- **Procurement Coordination**: Coordinate IT-related procurement with the Shahi team. Obtain direct rates from vendors for IT equipment and software. Raise Purchase Orders (PO) after obtaining necessary approvals.
- **Software and Hardware Management**: Ensure all hardware and paid software are up-to-date and functioning properly. Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

Administrative Support:

- Manage workflow by assigning tasks to team members daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion.
- Prepare and organize stamps and notary-related documents.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Manage the IT and Maintenance team for better performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Experience in asset management and procurement processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing internet firewalls, Wi-Fi, and printer issues.
- Ability to manage and maintain IT assets effectively.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to provide support outside regular working hours when necessary.
