As an Inside Sales intern at Befach, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of sales while working alongside a dynamic team. Your role will be crucial in helping us drive revenue and expand our customer base through your exceptional communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting effective cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
2. Providing sales support by assisting with creating and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
3. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
4. Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive upselling opportunities.
5. Using CRM software to track and manage sales activities and data accurately.
6. Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
7. Assisting with market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
