Key Responsibilities:Engage in direct sales activities to meet or exceed targets.Handle outbound international calls in a professional and friendly way.Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.Provide consultative support throughout the sales process.Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately.Maintain high standards of grammar and communication in all interactions.Exhibit leadership qualities by guiding potential customers through their decision-making process. Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in any field.Previous experience in an international BPO or call center environment is preferred but not mandatory. Key Skills:Accent and International Calling: Strong command over spoken English with an understanding of accents suitable for an international clientele.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence.Consultative Sales: Experience in consultative selling, providing customers with tailored solutions.Customer Query Resolution: Proficiency in handling and resolving customer inquiries and issues.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead conversations and steer potential customers towards a positive outcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
