**About the team**

The collaboration team is responsible for enabling FIS employees' success through the use of Microsoft 365 apps.Supporting and delivering services like SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps/Automate, Power BI, and many more, the team helps drive productivity and improve communication across FIS

**What you will be doing**:

- As a member of the collaboration team, you primary responsibilities will include:

- Provide tier 4 support of all Office 365 apps (excluding Teams Voice and Chat) through well-defined support processes
- Design/architect solutions and lead projects to enable new features and technology as it becomes available in Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Drive communications and productivity improvements across FIS by support and administration of Microsoft 365 apps
- Work directly with FIS employees and vendors, and stay up to date on the latest Microsoft technology offerings and features

**What you bring**:

- 4 to 6 years of experience designing, configuring, deploying, and administering/supporting Office 365 and Azure
- Development skills in: SharePoint Framework (SPFx), web part development, solution packaging, C#, SharePoint Object Model, SharePoint App Model, PowerApps
- Working knowledge of Azure settings, Microsoft 365 tenant administration, PowerShell, Purview, and security and compliance portals
- Advanced knowledge of Azure AD, and tenant administration and security
- Design/architect solutions and lead projects to enable new features and technology as it becomes available in Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Willing to work in US and UK Day shift in rotational basis

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Microsoft Azure or Office 365 administration certifications
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
