**Garment Section**
- Stitch women's clothing pieces according to design patterns and measurements.
- Handle stitching of different styles such as ethnic wear, western wear, and fusion fashion.
- Work with a variety of fabrics (cotton, silk, georgette, lycra, chiffon, etc.)

**Machine Handling**
- Operate industrial and domestic sewing machines (flat lock, overlock, interlock, etc.)
- Perform basic machine maintenance (cleaning, threading, oiling).

**Accuracy & Finishing**
- Ensure neat and accurate stitching with proper alignment, fitting, and finishing.
- Do hemming, piping, pleating, darts, and other finishing techniques as needed.

**Pattern Understanding**
- Read and follow paper or digital patterns and instructions from designers or supervisors.
- Cut and stitch samples or custom pieces as per design requirements.

**Quality Focus**
- Double-check garments for stitching defects or mistakes.
- Report any issues to the supervisor and suggest corrections.

**Team Coordination**
- Work closely with tailors, pattern masters, and quality check staff.
- Meet daily stitching targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
