**Role Details**
- Conduct one-to-one practice with coachees on various communication and professional skills
- Addressing queries of coachees/users related to different courses, their performance, and everything else that the platform includes. Conduct consultation calls with prospective coaches.
- Analyzing the current stage of proficiency of a coachee on the basis of the goals one wants to achieve and recording the progress after every session. Providing continuous feedback and ways to improve on the basis of various practice sessions
- Understanding the goals of the freelance coaches. Support in sourcing and training freelance coaches for the PracUp platform.
- Understanding the practice needs of every individual enrolled in the course. Design practice sessions tailored to the coachee’s need
- Support in designing and driving open programs conducted by People North.
- Coordinate and support in managing employee life cycle in the organization and design and facilitate product training, sales training, and refreshers from time to time
- Support in designing, upgrading, and executing orientation programs
- Designing & Driving internal training programs
**Required Experience & Skills Experience**
Minimum 6 months of Experience in Training & Development, Operational activities & Coordination
Readiness to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
Expertise in English communication
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
