To Develop and implement social media strategies across all the aspects of social media platforms.
- To define most important social media KPIs Manage and oversee social media content Create, curate and manage any and all published content (static images, video, etc).
- To Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets i.e. lead generation, followers, subscribers, brand building up-to-date content.
- To stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- To interact with followers and potential clients by communicating through the company’s social pages.
- To implement plans to increase followers and engagement on social media platforms.
- To coordinate with sales to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up, consistently identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- To work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media and Technical Delivery Specialists

Requirements and Skills
- Must have in depth knowledge of social media marketing industry.
- Must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Must be well organized with great time management skills
- Must have outstanding project management skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Must have good experience in aspects like social media marketing, influencer marketing, paid & organic social media growth.
- Must be good in Content ideation, writing - captions, hashtags
- Must have excellent knowledge of all social media like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media best practices.

**Salary**: ₹18,158.42 - ₹23,701.89 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
