**Job Overview**

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our team at Submit Core. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand authority and engage with our target audience. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging social media content
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing is a plus

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
- Create and manage social media content, including text, image, and video posts
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize for maximum performance
- Track and report on key social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Monitor competitor social media accounts and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Assist in planning and organizing social media events and campaigns

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
