**Job description**
School Cinema is dedicated to bringing innovative educational experiences to schools through film pedagogy. Our goal is to inspire and engage students, educators, and parents by integrating film into the learning process. We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic team.

**Role Overview**

As a Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing original content that resonates with our young audience and supports our educational mission. You will be responsible for researching, creating, and refining content for various programs, including training modules, sales support, and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

Design modules on film pedagogy.
Create original content focused on children and education.

Create and manage content for Digital Platforms

Conduct research to support content development.

Develop training materials for sales and digital teams.

Collaborate with customer support, sales, and digital teams.

Gather feedback from school users and students to refine content.

Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**

Experience in educational content creation.

Strong research and writing skills.
Passion for education and working with children.

Ability to collaborate with various teams.
Creative and detail-oriented.

Experience in film pedagogy is a plus.

Experience with LMS and digital content creation.

Skills in program evaluation and continuous improvement.
