**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and acquire new clients for broking and insurance products (Life, General, Health, Corporate policies, etc.).
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Liaise with multiple insurance companies to offer clients the best options.
- Maintain strong client relationships for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Provide after-sales support and handle client queries effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, claims assistance, and customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
