**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements and documents, such as shareholder agreements, purchase agreements, and corporate resolutions.
- Advise clients on corporate governance matters, including board of directors' responsibilities, fiduciary duties, and compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in corporate transactions and negotiations, both internally and externally.
- Stay abreast of legal developments, trends, and best practices in corporate law to provide proactive and strategic legal advice to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- years of experience practicing corporate law at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law principles, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities regulations, and commercial transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex legal concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience representing clients in a specific industry or sector.
- Advanced degree or certification in business, finance, or related field.
- Prior experience is an added advantage
- Fluency in additional languages.

**Salary : 10k - 20k CTC per month**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
