Role: Centre Coordinator

Educational Qualification: Graduation

Experience :2 Years in Admin role in school or any educational institution

Timing: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. To make all arrangements to make sure the center is safe and secure for the Children.
2. Handling all the walk-in enquiries, along with numerous telephonic & mail enquiries.
3. Effectively communicating with the parents giving them a thorough information about the center, the methodology, facilities, fee structure, a comparative study of different Preschools to convince the parents about the vision and ideology of the school followed by a tour and thereby helping the parent in making a correct decision for their child.
4. Replying to the mails, Phone calls for admissions Follow-up mails and any other mail for correspondence on an enquiry.

5. Complaints and Grievances of the Existing parents and Liaising with the senior or any other departments to resolve their issues.
6. An effective participation and helping in arrangements for any cultural, sports events in the center\farewells of the staff etc.
7. To make sure the center always looks attractive with proper creatives and hangouts. To work for the development of curriculum along with the team.
8. To work along with the teachers to make sure that the implementation of the curriculum is well in flow.
9. To manage the teachers and the support staff of the center from all administrative side.

10. Any other responsibility entrusted by the Management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
