Position:Tele Sales Agent

Location:Coco Lagoon Leisure Resort, CITY OFFICE, SAIBABA COLONY, COIMBATORE

Working Hours:12:30 hrs to 20:30 hrs (weekday off applicable)

Job Summary:
As a Tele Sales Agent at Coco Lagoon Leisure Resort, your primary responsibility will be to effectively engage with leads generated from our social media platforms and convert them into closed deals. You will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue and promoting our resort's offerings to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with leads received from social media platforms promptly and professionally.

2. Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor sales pitches accordingly.

3. Provide detailed information about the resort's facilities, services, and promotional offers to potential customers.

4. Use persuasive selling techniques to encourage leads to make bookings or reservations.

6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.

7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.

2. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English and Tamil.

3. Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively handle objections.

4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

6. Flexibility to work from 12:30 hrs to 20:30 hrs, with a weekday off applicable.

7. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
