**Job Description: Tele Sales Agent - Apollo Simulation Centre**

**Location**: Apollo Simulation Centre, Vanagaram, Chennai
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-3 years in tele sales, inside sales, or lead conversion roles

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Calling & Follow-ups**:

- Contact prospective learners from the lead database generated via ads, inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Address queries about course details, eligibility, fees, schedules, and benefits.
- **Conversion & Sales Target**:

- Persuade and convert at least **30-40 learners per month** into confirmed enrollments.
- Effectively communicate the value of Apollo Simulation Centre’s training programs to potential students.
- Close sales efficiently by guiding learners through the registration and payment process.
- **Database Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on call performance, pipeline status, and sales conversions.
- **Customer Engagement & Relationship Building**:

- Build rapport with prospective learners and guide them in making informed enrollment decisions.
- Ensure a positive learner experience from inquiry to admission.
- Gather feedback and insights from leads to improve communication strategies.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in tele sales, customer support, or inside sales, preferably in education, healthcare, or training institutes.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).**:

- **Sales & Negotiation**: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- **Tech-savvy**: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and WhatsApp for business communication.
- **Target-driven mindset**: Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly enrollment targets.
- **Availability**: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

This is a role on contract basis only. No on payroll of Apollo Simulation Centre. The contract can be extended based on performance and there is scope to get incentives if you are an over achiever. One can get trained by initially coming to the centre and work from remote as well moving forward.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
