Key Responsibilities:

- Debugging & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues within our Suite CRM system to ensure smooth functionality.
- Customization & Module Creation: Develop and customize CRM modules to meet specific business requirements, enhancing system capabilities.
- Integration: Integrate Suite CRM with our websites, landing pages, and other platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Suite CRM system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, integrations, and processes within Suite CRM.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Proven experience in working with Suite CRM, including customization, integration, and module creation.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM), and Wordpress is a plus.
- Familiarity with immigration services or related industries.
- Prior experience working in a remote team for a fixed hour job from Monday to Friday following EST time zone.
