Primary Responsibilities:

- Support the shop management process and the tools associated with it.
- Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for globally compliant processes.
- Collaborate with data operations teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Proactively identify business transformation opportunities and develop business cases for process or product platform re-engineering.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to process compliance.

**Skills**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant digital tools and platforms.
- ITIL-Greenbelt (Good to have)
- Lean Sigma/Six Sigma concept understanding is must.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in shop management processes and tools.
- Strong understanding of Trade Dimensions and its business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to write SOPs aligned with global compliance standards.
- Experience working with data operations teams on process optimization.
- Capability to identify transformation opportunities and build compelling business cases.
- Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and enforcing process compliance.
