Name Of the Profile: E-Commerce Associate (Marketing, Sales and Account Management) Educational Qualification: Any graduation - Marketing specialisation Experience Required: 1+ years of relevant and proven experience **Job Type**: Full time - 10 am - 7 pm, Mon - Sat. Sundays Off Job Location: Giriraj Industrial Estate, Mahakali Caves Road, Opp. MIDC, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400093 Job Responsibilities: - Exploring new relevant platforms for company’s products - Understanding the marketing mix and making a product launch strategy - Prepare pricing strategies - Look into logistics and operations for domestic and international marketplaces - Catalogue uploading and Listing products on different health related e-commerce marketplaces (Domestic and International) - Managing company’s seller/vendor accounts - Tracking the orders, Feedbacks from the customers, Reviews and complaints - Coordinating with e-commerce customer care if needed - Inventory Management and coordination with company’s manufacturing unit to maintain adequate levels of inventory at any given time - Processing orders, Coordinating with the delivery partners for dispatch or returns of customer orders - Performance tracking and analysis - E-commerce Campaign management, curating creative strategies to increase sales - Understanding the algorithms of different platforms and suggesting ways to increase ROIs - Making and executing strategies to drive sales organically - Running paid ads to drive sales, Managing ads on social media - Making strategies to increase positive customer reviews - ORM - Communicating with all the agencies which are related to the company's Online department - Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the company's website, processing orders, start to end process - Making brand strategy for promotions and scaling up sales Key Skills Required: - Having knowledge of Helium10/ Junglescout - Marketing and sales skills - Communication Skills - English, Hindi - Analytical and Problem Solving Approach - Attention to detail - Creative thinking abilities, Marketing skills - Knowledge of e-commerce platform - Time Management - MS Office - Excel, Word Marketplace knowledge required - Amazon.in - Flipkart - Meesho - Jiomart - Nature’s basket - Tata1mg **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Paid sick time Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - E-commerce: 1 year (required) - total work: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
