- Ensure to deliver strong service in the execution of the day-to-day Access Provisioning support
- Prioritize and work with team members and manage deliverables according to specified timeframes. Build and maintain strong relationships with the business, technology partners and managed service providers.
- Provide actionable (Not Informational) Metrics generation and reporting actions and outcomes based on trends.
- Perform analysis of operational and performance data identifying trends, monitoring and improvement opportunities, efficiencies and cost effectiveness
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Support change and process improvement initiatives working with the various impacted group.
- Provide with regular updates on activities and escalate issues timely.- What we value- These skills will help you succeed in this role (Must & Nice to have skills)-
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Good understanding of CIS control frame work to lead first level of defense.
- Knowledge and work experience in the practice of IAM, including SailPoint IdentityIQ, AD, LDAP, Azure, NAS/NTFS, Databases and other platforms, is required.
- Mandatory PowerShell and Unix Shell Scripting experience.
- Hands on working knowledge of User Lifecycle of Joiner, Mover and Leaver process, HR transfers process & Recertification process.
Education & Preferred QualificationsITIL will be a plus
- Experience in User Access provisioning, preferably in Investment management banking domain.
- Exposure to ITSM tools and expertise in generating Dashboards to report and act on trends.
- Exp on responding to Audit Request & providing walkthrough to internal and external auditors.-
