**About Team**:

- The TMF (Trial Master File) department is critical in maintaining the organization, accessibility, and compliance of essential clinical research documents. As a TMF Apprentice, you will support key functions such as document classification, trend analysis of deliverable metrics, and reporting. This role provides a valuable opportunity to work with TMF operations and cross-functional teams, contributing to the quality and audit readiness of clinical documentation._

**Apprenticeship Summary**:
The Apprentice participates in and executes the entry level department functions (Designation of Apprentice) in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and TMF processes.
- Manage eTMF, including classification, quality checks, and readiness.
- Support audits, resolve findings, and maintain performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to drive quality improvements and client satisfaction.
- Participate in audits, meetings, and business improvement initiatives.

**Education/Qualifications/Skills**:

- Recent graduate in Life Sciences or MTech/B.Tech graduate.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Visualization and analytical tools.
- Proactive learner with excellent communication skills.
- Organized and collaborative in accuracy-focused tasks.
