Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our tele sales team as Tele Sales Representatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.

**Position Type: Full-time, Day Shift**

**Salary
- 14000-17000(Based on Interview)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

2. Present and explain products/services to potential customers, emphasizing key features and benefits to meet their needs.

3. Effectively communicate product/service information, pricing, and promotional offers.

4. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information or resolve issues promptly. 5. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.

6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

7. Achieve individual and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

8. Document customer interactions, inquiries, and sales details accurately in the CRM system.

9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

10. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-study.

Requirements: Possession of a personal laptop for work purposes will be viewed positively during the selection process

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also thriving independently. **Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.**:

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Willingness to undergo training and continuous development to enhance sales skills.
