**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **FEMALE Office Administrator** to oversee daily office operations. This role is critical for ensuring smooth and efficient office management, providing support to team members, and maintaining effective processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain records of office assets, including equipment and consumables.
- Create invoices, packing lists, purchase orders of materials for export/import.
- Maintain accurate and updated files and records, including hard copy and digital documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on office expenses, transportation costs, and other relevant metrics.

**Must Haves**:

- Must have excellent computer and English writing skills.
- Must be able to commute to the office everyday. Office hours are 9am to 5pm.
- Must be willing to learn and cooperate with the team and have a positive attitude towards work.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
