Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

3. Coordinate inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.

4. Prepare and process sales reports, presentations, and documents using advanced Excel skills.

5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and team members.

7. Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures.

8. Collaborate with retail team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of experience in a back office or administrative role in the retail sector.

2. Any graduate degree or ; degree in BBA/ MBA ( Finance) preferred.

3. Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, macros, and chart creation.

4. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Office ( Advance Excel).

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

8. Fluency in English and Bengali.

Nice to Have:
1. Experience in apparel, electronics, Furniture, or related retail sector.

2. Knowledge of retail management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

3. Certification in business administration, management, or a related field.
