Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Below the Line - Execuitve)

Location: Dwarka, Sector 13 (Near Radisson Blu)

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1-3 years in BTL marketing or field activations

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Rotational)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday working mandatory, 1 rotational weekly off)

Joining: Immediate joiners only

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive BTL Executive to lead on-ground marketing initiatives. The role

involves executing activations in residential societies and colleges to enhance brand visibility

and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute society and college activations.

Organize screening events and manage on-site setups.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth campaign execution.

Collect feedback and provide insights for campaign improvement.

Prior experience in BTL marketing, activations, or field sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork logistics.

Willingness to work on Sundays and travel locally as required.
