We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Jorhat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
- Present and promote real estate properties to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.
- Coordinate and execute property site visits with prospective buyers.Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:* Proven experience in sales, has to be in the real estate sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be located in Jorhat or willing to relocate for the role.
- Proficiency in local languages (Assamese & Hindi) and familiarity with the Jorhat real estate market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
