- We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with expertise in AB Testing to join our team at DAZN. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive data-driven decision-making through AB testing. You will be responsible for executing, analyzing and reporting on AB tests, and developing insights that lead to actionable recommendations for the business.

**Key Comptenecies**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities through AB testing
- Develop and execute AB testing plans, including test design, sample sizing, and statistical analysis
- Analyze AB test results and provide actionable recommendations to improve user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive business goals
- Develop insights and reports on customer behavior, marketing campaign effectiveness, and other key metrics
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement testing plans and track progress against goals
- Communicate test results and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to AB testing and data-driven decision-making

**Good to Have**:

- 2+ years of experience in AB testing, website optimization, or a related field
- 8-10 Years of overall experience with Product/Business analysis
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau to analyze and visualize data
- Experience with AB testing platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
