Internship Description:
Create engaging reel videos and graphics for company social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.
Develop and execute creative concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content performance.
Ensure consistency in visual style, messaging, and brand voice across all social media content.
Edit and optimize videos for various social media platforms, including adding captions, music, and effects.
Design eye-catching graphics, including images, illustrations, and animations, for use in social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage content calendars and scheduling tools to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience creating reel videos and graphics for social media, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
Knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics is a plus.,
