**II. Purpose of the role**
As a Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our brand across all social media platforms. You will create compelling content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and boosts brand awareness. Your role will encompass content creation, social media management, influencer outreach, and community engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**a) Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies**:
- Develop, curate, and schedule jaw-dropping content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- Team up with our design and photography wizards to create high-quality visuals and videos.
- Create and implement a social media strategy aligned with marketing goals to grow the brand’s presence across social media.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
**b) Content Creation & Management**:
- High-quality, engaging, and original content for social media, blog posts, YouTube videos, reels, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with a creative team, including cinematographers, graphic designers, and video editors, to produce visually appealing and impactful content.
**c) Influencer & PR Outreach**:
- Identify and reach out to suitable influencers to increase brand awareness and leverage their networks for brand promotion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Work with PR teams to develop collaborations and partnerships that promote the brand and increase visibility.
**d) Community Engagement**:
- Handle our brand’s inside community on WhatsApp, engaging with members to convert fans into brand advocates.
- Increase customer retention by fostering community and loyalty among our audience.
**e) Data Tracking -**
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of campaigns and present monthly reports on insights
**f) Monitoring Activities & Trends -**
- Monitor and engage with social media audiences, responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.

**g) Website Management**:
- Oversee and develop, functionality, and user experience of the e-commerce website or platform.
- Ensure the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user-friendly.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media and content writing.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
