Key Responsibilities:

- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content that aligns with the brand's tone and voice.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to develop strategies for improving engagement and reach.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying influencers, negotiating contracts, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling visual and written content that resonates with the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry changes to ensure the brand's social media presence remains fresh and relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and content creation skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including algorithms, best practices, and paid advertising.
- Experience with content creation, including video production, photography, and writing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
