Job Description: Social Media Manager and Influencer

Position: Social Media Manager and Influencer Marketing (Mon-Sat working)

Location: Delhi

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and brand identity.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Content Creation and Curation**:

- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual and written content that resonates with the target audience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
- **Influencer Marketing**:

- Identify and build relationships with influencers relevant to the brand and industry.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring deliverables are met.
- **Community Management**:

- Foster a positive online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency across all communication channels.
- **Stay Informed**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a focus on influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
